Seaward is a lovely, dog friendly property and is positioned near the cliff track which leads to the coastal footpath, where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views towards Polzeath, Pentire and towards Stepper Point on the other side of the estuary.

The living area opens out onto a large, secluded patio and beautifully landscaped gardens, making it the perfect spot for eating alfresco during the summer.

Seaward is owned by the same family since it was built and have been enjoying many family holidays here for over 30 years.

Kitchen & Dining Room: Ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Starter pack including oven gloves, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and cloths supplied.
Sitting Area: Smart TV, DVD player, log burner, door leading to patio.
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
Utility Room: (Adjoining the property, accessible from outside door) Washing machine, tumble drier.

FIRST FLOOR
Family Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, heated towel rail, w.c.

Wi-Fi: Included.
Power & Heat: Storage heaters and electric panel heaters, log burner – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach towels & gym towels).
