Studio

Stretch, slow down and re-connect with yourself in the tranquil sanctuary of our softly lit studio. We offer yoga, pilates, sound healing and meditation classes for private and group sessions, and welcome beginners as well as the more experienced.

Gym

Movement is at the core of Highcliffe’s philosophy. Restore and recharge your physical and mental balance using our state of the art Technogym equipment and a variety of free weights. Personal training sessions are available upon request - please enquire at Reception. The minimum age requirement is 16 years, however, 14+ year olds may use the space if accompanied by an adult.

Tennis Courts

There are two courts available on the hour, 7 days a week. To secure a court, visit or call Reception. Drop-ins are also welcome, if a court is free.

Changing Rooms

Our showers and changing rooms are well stocked with Chapter Organics amenities who create 100% natural, plant-based aromatherapy home essentials. Please bring a towel.

Personal Training

Tailor your workouts specifically to your needs and goals with one-on-one personal training sessions with PT, Laurence Taylor. Laurence has a deep desire to help improve wellbeing and happiness through exercise, health and fitness and will help you achieve your goals in the best way possible.
