Located at the quieter far end of Highcliffe with no passing traffic, Ross is a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and relax and just a short stroll to Highcliffe's newly refurbished Tennis Courts.

Ross is a well-equipped family and dog friendly property which has recently undergone a refurbishment with new decoration, sofas and soft furnishings, high speed internet, smart TV, and the kitchen now has an extended range of equipment including a microwave/air fryer and for coffee lovers a Nespresso Vertu machine.

The property sleeps seven comfortably in its four bedrooms and includes a brand-new king-size bed, a sofa and separate smart TV in the master bedroom. Both the bathroom and shower room have been stylishly refurbished in recent years. The fully equipped utility room has a large fridge freezer as well as a washing machine and tumble drier, and there is a hot outside shower.

Many families return to Ross every year to enjoy the sun on the large west facing, fully enclosed patio which is ideal for evening drinks or to enjoy the late afternoon sun.

My wife and I have 'holidayed' at Highcliffe for many years. Many reasons - high standards of property cleanliness - close proximity to Polzeath and Wadebridge - the coast path - Daymer Bay - St Enodoc and The Point Golf courses - numerous restaurants of all standards. New developments include a gym and Yoga studio - perhaps an indoor pool may be added at some stage! For the last few years we have stayed in 'Ross' and have appreciated the owner's efforts to maintain high standards of cleanliness and provision of facilities.
