Poppies is a wonderful contemporary seaside retreat with a light, bright and modern interior - perfect for the ideal family holiday!

Close to amenities, the cottage is ideally placed for easy access to the coastal footpath, and within walking distance of several of our local beaches, including Polzeath, Greenaway, Rock and Daymer Bay.

Poppies is comfortably furnished and well-equipped with modern up-to-date furnishings and appliances. The open-plan kitchen/lounge opens out via sliding patio doors to a lovely and very secluded sunbathing patio with a BBQ and large garden table, parasol and chairs for 'al fresco' dining and entertaining. Similarly, for those sunny Cornish mornings, at the front of the property there is an enclosed terrace leading directly off the kitchen with an outdoor picnic table and chairs.

Poppies is an ideal retreat in all weathers equipped with a wood burner for cosy days and nights in cooler months. For those long idyllic spring and summer days, the large, private rear patio is ideal for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun, leading out on to Highcliffe's well-maintained gardens where children can play.

Poppies sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 4 bedrooms, and from Easter will offer flexible sleeping options with zip & link beds in both the downstairs bedrooms which can be prepared as singles or doubles.

Sitting room: Smart TV with entertainment & sports package, log burner, sliding doors to gated patio.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), wardrobe with shelves, black out blinds.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4 6’), wardrobe with shelves, black out blinds.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower with Drench shower & handheld shower, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
Utility Cupboard: Washing machine.

Electric panel heaters throughout, log burner – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach towels & gym towels).

Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week, maximum 1 dog.
