As a special touch, the owners greet you with a delicious hamper filled with local Cornish produce, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
On the ground floor, the living spaces flow seamlessly into a spacious and modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, all equipped with underfloor heating. This level also includes a generously sized bedroom and a spacious family bathroom.
The living room features a contemporary log fire and is furnished with plush seating, creating a cosy gathering spot. This expansive area transitions into the kitchen, which boasts striking navy cabinetry and elegant marble countertops, forming an inviting space for cooking and socializing. The kitchen is equipped with all the high-end appliances you could desire. The dining area, furnished with a modern table, features large bi-fold doors that open onto a private terrace.
Step outside to the southeast-facing terrace, where you’ll find a comfortable wicker sofa and chairs—an ideal setting for summer relaxation. The utility area and ground-floor bathroom, complete with a wet room-style shower, are accessible from both the main house and the courtyard, making it convenient for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.
On the first floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom, providing convenience for everyone. Several of the bedrooms feature flexible arrangements, allowing beds to be set up as singles or doubles to meet your specific needs.
Memories is equipped with fibre broadband, underfloor heating throughout, and even includes an electric car charging point.

Once again we had an excellent experience renting Memories in July. As was the case last year our's was very well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. The team are always helpful. Thank you all and we intend to repeat next year.

We stayed at Memories for a week and it was amazing! It’s spacious and beautifully designed, has everything you need and is in an ideal location. We worked remotely for half the week - the master bedroom has a desk set-up - and enjoyed the other half off. It’s ideally located near 3 lovely beaches (you can hire surf equipment on Polzeath Beach!), and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Highcliffe has a gym, yoga studio and tennis courts you can use too. I’d recommend Highcliffe to anyone looking for a UK break at any time of the year.
