This expansive open-plan area transitions seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts striking navy cabinetry and elegant marble counter tops, forming an inviting space for cooking and socialising. The kitchen is equipped with all the high-end appliances you could desire. The dining area, furnished with a modern table, features large bi-fold doors that open onto a private terrace.
Step outside to the southeast-facing terrace, where you’ll find a comfortable wicker sofa and chairs—an ideal setting for summer relaxation. The utility area and ground-floor bathroom, complete with a wet room-style shower, are accessible from both the main house and the courtyard, making it convenient for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.
On the first floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom, providing convenience for everyone. Several of the bedrooms feature flexible arrangements, allowing beds to be set up as singles or doubles to meet your specific needs.
