Finistere is a modern, comfortable home with a south-facing aspect and stunning countryside views. Well-equipped and welcoming year-round, it’s cosy in winter and light and airy in summer, with sliding patio doors connecting the living area to the patio. A favourite among returning families.
The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area provides the perfect setting for relaxation, complete with a toasty log burner for cooler evenings. Ideally located just a short walk from the rolling waves of Polzeath and the sandy dunes of Daymer Bay, Finistere is an ideal base for a coastal getaway.
During the winter months of 2024 and early 2025 Finistere will have some refurbishments which include a new kitchen in a soft dove grey tone with black silestone work surface, new appliances will feature in both the kitchen and the utility room. During the refurbishments both the bathroom and shower room will be upgraded and will feature bold and modern blue tiling, photos to follow.
