We have curated some of our favourite things to do around Christmas in Cornwall. From the brilliant Padstow Christmas Festival packed with culinary delights, chef demonstrations and market stalls to ice skating in the iconic biomes at the Eden Project - there is truly something for everyone.
Padstow’s brilliant Christmas festival returns from 7th - 10th December, which features everything from cookery demonstrations, fireworks, music and an extensive Christmas market showcasing some of the best local producers of food, drink and arts & crafts.
Throughout the Padstow Christmas Festival, Four Boys are welcoming a series of guest chefs over the weekend to cook in their kitchen. Chefs include co-founder of the Rocket Store, Alex Key and chefs from the legendary London restaurants, Trullo and Rochelle Canteen.
The ultimate family Christmas outing. The Eden Project, most known for its biomes, also hosts an ice rink during the festive period. Lessons are also available for those who are a little more ‘Bambi on ice’!
Take a moment for yourself, and relax into a nourishing Yoga or Pilates class in our studio, with some of our brilliant teachers. We now offer 1-1 Reformer Pilates sessions, which are great for building strength and stretching.
The big dip usually starts around 11am, and is strictly a no wetsuit affair (although we have seen a few Santa outfits in our time). Our top tip? Bring a flask of mulled wine to warm up with afterwards. Mince pies are nice too…
